Learn how to make Dona do Pedaço's Magic Cake, by Maria da Paz and be surprised
There's nothing better than eating a homemade cake with that 'grandma's cake taste'. It's unlikely that you won't be reminded of your childhood when you allow yourself to take your first bite into a warm cake just now fresh out of the oven.
In the gossip A Dona do Talisca, the type Maria da Remanso, played by Juliana Paes, has a fatal prescription for a Cinnamon Cake, which she affectionately nicknamed Bolo Encantado. The ballerina learned to carry out this prescription with her grandmother Dulce, played by Fernanda Montenegro.

The ingredients and the way of preparing the cake do not reveal any key, being super possible to achieve and you will definitely delight your whole family when preparing it.
Ingredients
You will need: six eggs, two cups of tea, 3 cups of sugar, four cups of wheat flour, 3 cups of milk, four teaspoons of cinnamon powder and one tablespoon of chemical powder origin.
Preparation method
Initially, it is good to leave all the ingredients already separated and divided, to encourage the preparation of the cake. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat them until they are white and set aside in a container.
Commercial
Once this is done, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and whipping cream until you obtain a whitish and slippery cream. When you reach this point, gradually add the wheat flour and milk, add the cinnamon and beat until it reaches a homogeneous appearance.
Turn off the pulsation and mix the origin. Now just carefully insert the white egg whites into the dough to make it fluffy and airy. Stir constantly in circles and in a single direction, avoiding making “8” movements.
Grease and flour a pan with an eye in the middle and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. As each oven has its own preparation time, you can know that the cake is finished when it is golden on top and when you insert a sausage tooth, it comes out clean. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
