How to make the Positive Registration of Drivers?

National Positive Driver Registry (RNPC)
The program was developed through the National Traffic Secretariat (Senatran), bringing benefits to good drivers who have not committed infractions in the last 12 months.
The RNPC promotes benefits for these drivers, through discounts and fee exemptions, such as discounts on insurance contracts and vehicle rentals, discounts on toll fees and parking, and various other benefits.
Another new feature of the program is that, companies and institutions Those who wish to participate in the program offering benefits to good drivers can register through the Senatran portal.
The program is another feature added to the Digital Traffic Card (CDT), which also has the National Registry of Vehicles in Stock (Renave), Renave 0 km and Digital Sales.
How to participate in the RNPC program?
Drivers who are interested in participating in the RNPC can register through the Digital Traffic Card application, which can be found in the systems Android e iOS. Registration can also be carried out through the senatran.
Once the driver's registration has been completed, their application will be consulted and evaluated. If approved, the driver will be able to receive all the benefits offered by the program.
Registration began at the end of September, and the program was activated on October 13th. Currently, all registered and approved drivers can receive the benefits.
For companies and institutions that wish to participate in the program offering benefits to drivers, they must register via online form from Senatran.
To further encourage companies and institutions to be part of the RNPC, the National Traffic Secretariat created the Good Driver Partner seal, which can be used on social networks, in promotional actions, on portals and in applications.
Can participation in the program be cancelled?
Yes. If the driver breaks certain rules, his registration in the RNPC program will be automatically canceled. See the rules below:
- If you receive a fine and/or commit other traffic violations;
- If your right to drive is revoked;
- If your National Driving License (CNH) has expired for more than 30 days or if it has been revoked;
- If you are serving a custodial sentence in freedom.
