Detran Public Tender: when will it be?

One of the major career goals for many Brazilians is to pass a public service exam, known for providing job security.

The Detran (State Department of Transit) announced on August 12th that the recruitment process for positions at the transit agency will soon be open to interested candidates; this information was published in the Official Gazette.

In the information released, it is said about the idea of ​​some public servants being responsible for choosing and hiring the examining board to carry out the entrance exam.

Thus, the company chosen was IBFC ( Brazilian Institute for Training and Development), with the contract between the responsible bodies signed in July of this year.

The competition notice would be published by the end of the month in which the contract was signed, in this case June, but this was not possible. There is still no forecast for publication.

What vacancies will be available?

The director of the Department of Motor Vehicles of the Federal District, Thiago Gomes Nascimento, confirmed that the competitive examination will have approximately 366 vacancies , which should be published in the official announcement soon. The job opportunities will be for technical and analyst levels.

Of the total number of vacancies, 123 are for immediate entry into the position, and 243 will be for reserve registration, with the possibility of being called for the position in the future, during the period of validity of the competition.

Like any public competition, the Detran (Department of Motor Vehicles) competition will have stages before the official announcement of approved candidates. These stages include assessments, according to the chosen position, and the processes for submitting the necessary documents for admission.
