Ingredients
250 ml of hot water
250 ml of ice water
1 can of closed milk (395g)
1 tip of cream (200g)
1 packet of powdered gelatin weighing 25g (your preference)
Preparation method
Pour hot water into a container and dissolve the gelatin completely. Transfer the combination to the blender, add the ice water and blend again until very creamy. Add the closed milk, the cream and beat on high speed for another hour. Pour the combination into a plastic container with a lid and quickly refrigerate for two hours.
After this time, remove the snow from the refrigerator, transfer to a pulse and beat at high speed until the snow mass reaches volume. Pour it into a large container with a lid and put it in the freezer until it thickens completely.
Tips for developing the prescription
To create more snow flavors, simply repeat the entire process, changing only the gelatin taste.
