Seized vehicles generally have some type of delay in payments and licensing, caught in traffic stops and seized due to irregularities, such as, for example, debts not settled within 60 days.
How is payment made online and in person?
Payment for the Detran Vehicle Auction is made in cash, in both modalities.
In the in-person modality, the bidder must leave a check for the total value of the auctioned vehicle with the auction commission.
In the online modality, at the time of registration, the participant must sign a contract and thus be subject to the penalties established in the Law No. 8666 / 92.
After a vehicle is auctioned, the Commission issues a bank slip with the total sale value, which will be delivered to the successful bidder, who then has a period of 5 (five) business days to make the payment.
The auctioneer will provide the winning bidder with a provisional receipt valid until the date of issuance of the Nsale note.
