Lula is taken to the penitentiary where Nardoni, Cravinhos and Suzane von Richthofen are.

This Wednesday (07), the magistrate Paulo Eduardo de Almeida Sorci, from the Court of Justice of São Paulo, determined that former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva needs to be delayed from the Federal Police headquarters, in Curitiba, to the penitentiary of Tremembé, located in the interior of São Paulo.

Some famous criminals are serving their sentences in this penitentiary, such as Alexandre Nardoni and Suzane von Richthofen.

The PT member must serve his sentence in the José Imponente César Salgado prison, where individuals who committed high-profile crimes are imprisoned, with men in P2 and women in P1, which is the Santa Maria Eufrázia Pelletier women's penitentiary.

Another well-known inmate who is in this penitentiary is Acir Filló, former mayor of Ferraz de Vasconcelos, who even wrote a book, 'Diário de Tremembé – Presídio dos Famosos'; only that a judge prohibited the distribution and he was sent to another prison.

Suzane von Richthofen was arrested for plotting the death of her parents in 2002, together with the Cravinhos brothers. In this prison where Lula goes, there is also the former military police officer Mizael Presbítero dos Santos, who, in 2013, was sentenced to two decades in prison on a closed diet, guilty of sacrificing himself to his ex-girlfriend. Motorcycle courier Lindemberg Alves, sentenced to 98 years, is similarly incarcerated in this location, he killed his ex-girlfriend Eloá Cristina Pimentel.

Alexandre Nardoni was sentenced to 30 years in prison for sacrificing his daughter, Isabella. Gil Rugai is similarly imprisoned here, he was sentenced to more than 3 decades in prison for murdering his father and stepmother.
