Who participates in the RNPC?
The Federal Data Processing Service (Serpro) developed the National Positive Driver Registry (RNPC) program for the Ministry of Infrastructure , which promotes good conduct in traffic.
The RNPC program, popularly known as Positive Driver Registry, aims to promote good traffic behavior, and to this end, it rewards good drivers.
To be eligible for and receive the benefits of the traffic program, the driver must have received no fines or committed any traffic violations in the last 12 months .

RNCP Program
Through Senatran, the RNPC program was developed, aiming to offer several benefits to drivers who have not committed traffic violations for at least 12 months.
The RNPC offers many benefits such as various discounts and exemptions on fees , for example, discounts on vehicle rentals and insurance contracts, discounts on parking and even on toll fees, among many others.
It is also possible for companies and institutions to be part of the program, offering discounts and benefits to good drivers. Companies and institutions can register through Senatran.
Thus, another feature is added to the Digital Traffic Wallet (CDT), which also includes Digital Sales, the National Registry of Vehicles in Stock (Renave), and Renave 0 km.
How do I register for the Positive Driver Registration program?
For drivers interested in participating in the RNPC program, registration is possible through the Digital Traffic Wallet (CDT) application, available on Android and iOS systems, and through the Senatran portal.
After completing the registration, the driver will have his/her conduct evaluated and consulted, and will then receive confirmation of approval to receive the benefit.
Registration for the program began at the end of September, and activation started on Thursday, October 13th . Therefore, all drivers who have already registered and been approved will be able to receive their benefits.
Companies and institutions interested in participating in the RNPC program and providing benefits to good drivers can register using the Senatran form.
The National Traffic Department, as a way to encourage companies and institutions participating in the program, offers the "Good Driver Partner" seal , which can be used in promotional campaigns, on social media, in apps and on websites.
Cancellation of driver participation
Drivers should be aware that even if registered in the program, their registration may be canceled if they commit the following offenses:
- Receiving a fine or committing a traffic violation;
- Have the right to drive suspended;
- Have your National Driving License (CNH) revoked or expired for more than 30 days;
- Is serving a custodial sentence.
